The Telepoem Booth® is a vintage phone booth or kiosk that one can dial-a-poem for free on the phone. We have over 750 poems and micro-essays in the Telepoem Directory. Each piece submitted must be an original piece and under three minutes. Submissions will be chosen based on their poetic merit as well as the quality of the reader’s interpretation, (i.e. “does it translate well as an audio piece for the Telepoem phone?”) There have been Telepoem Booths in State College, PA; Santa Fe, NM; Las Vegas, NM and numerous other places.
